If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, we must notify the police and inform the intended victim. If a client intends to harm himself or herself, we will make every effort to enlist their cooperation in ensuring their safety. If they do not cooperate, we will take further measures without their permission that are provided to us by law in order to ensure their safety.

Please note we do not provide 'live answer' service and you you will receive a response within a few business days generally within the hours of 9am to 5pm. You can certainly request a call back. Our insurance is billing is handled through a billing company and you will hear from Lanesha N. or a representative of her team (LMN).
Clinical Matters:
To reach your assigned therapist please call 516 828 2622 followed by the pound sign; you can then search by first or last name and leave a message or email them at the email they provided. Please allow time for a response as we do not provide emergent services.
Other Clinical Matters such as:

- Feedback regarding treatment experience
- Request to see a different therapist
